David L. Allyn, MD, MS, FAAD, is a board-certified dermatologist and MOHS surgeon dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients of all ages at Numela. With an advanced fellowship in dermatologic cosmetic surgery, Dr. Allyn has carved out a niche as a leader in cosmetic, laser, general dermatology, and Mohs skin cancer surgery for nearly two decades across various clinics in Central Florida.

Dr. Allyn began his academic journey with honors from Vassar College and went on to earn a Master of Science in Nutrition at Tufts University School of Nutrition. He then completed his Doctor of Medicine degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. His training continued with internal medicine and dermatology residencies at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Throughout his distinguished career, Dr. Allyn has received numerous awards and recognitions, published articles in several medical journals, and delivered lectures at various conferences on a diverse array of subjects. As a principal investigator in multiple research studies, he has contributed to the development of innovative medical devices and a distinctive nutritional plan.
